TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• We take a photo for each session booked. If you want a photo of your Aura, book a session. If two of you come and each want separate photos of your Aura, book two sessions. If you're coming with another person, friend or family member and you each want separate individual photos, as well as a photo of the two of you together, book 3 sessions.

• You may want to have another person in the photo join you. We can shoot up to 2 people in one photo. Please note that you will only receive a copy of the photo. If you are taking the photo with someone else but you each want their own copy of the photo of you together then you will need to book 2 sessions.

• We are happy to host children aged 7 and over. This is to ensure the safety of your little one, as well as our equipment, which is very fragile and expensive. For the shot, the child must be able to hold a hand sensor securely on his lap and remain still for approximately 12 seconds.

• We at Bella Aura love furry friends but unfortunately we are unable to have pets participate in the photos. Only service animals will be allowed in the studio space.

• All purchases are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds if you miss your appointment.

• Changing a fixed appointment is possible up to 48h before the appointment. If you can't get there, you can pass it on to a friend.
